This Privacy Policy explains how Visby Wild Crew AB (org. nr 559578-8430) (“we”, “us”, “our”), a Swedish limited company with its registered address at Kaungskviar 12, 622 75 Visby, Sweden, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Imperia Borealis (the “Game”), our websites at apparatengames.com and related subdomains, and associated services (together, the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

We are the data controller for the personal data described here. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to register (see our Terms of Service for full eligibility rules). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. Where we rely on consent and the applicable national age of digital consent under the GDPR is higher than 13 (it varies between 13 and 16 across EU member states), that consent must be given or authorised by a holder of parental responsibility.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including hashed passwords, encryption of data in transit (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.
